Our Commitment

Humane Handling of the Animals
It is our commitment to use humane procedures in loading and handling of all animals.
Animal Comfort

For most animal moves there is not a need for a supply of food or water, as they are being moved a relatively short distance. For longer times on the trailer there will be hay and water provided. The trailer will be bedded up well with shavings. In cold weather the sides for winter will be put in as necessary depending on temperature and conditions.

Set Up

When loading some animals it is sometimes required that there is a chute or loading ramp. When handling animals having the loading place prepared is a great help for us as it will cut down on the time that is required for loading.

Being on Time

It is our commitment to be on time. If there is a time issue there will be contact so that you can plan accordingly. Working with animals is sometimes a surprise in waiting and time will be spent to load that was not expected. As everyone will be given our best service it is our commitment to spend the time loading that is necessary, and that may make us late to the next stop. Traffic as well can play a part in delays. That being the case a call will be made so that you are not kept waiting.
